- Complete filling our your personal information on your application
- Have a list of doctors/facilities you use
When is open enrollment on in Montana?
- November 1st-January 15th (applications must be submitted by December 15th for an effective date of January 1st)
Can you help me find a plan if I'm coming off of COBRA?
- Yes, we can help you find an exchange plan that fits your needs.
How do I know which plans my doctor accepts?
- The most accurate way to determine this is to call the facility you visit and ask which "exchange" plans they accept. Your agent can also send you a link to search your doctor(s) for the carriers available in your area.
Is there an additional cost to get help finding a plan?
- No, our help is no additional cost to you. You will pay the same amount for a plan. We are compensated by the carriers.
